Chef Renee’s Street Food Series – Sri Lanka

In Chef Renee’s new street Food Series, you will experience the food that springs from the hustle and bustle of the streets of the world. In this Sri Lankan class you will make your own roti and chicken kottu roti; you will create eggplant pickle called brinjal moju, masala vadai, and pani pol – sweet coconut-stuffed crepes. After cooking you will enjoy your Sri Lankan feast with a complimentary glass of wine or cold beer. At the conclusion of the class you will receive all the recipes so that you have the knowledge and confidence to recreate this delicious experience at home.

Moroccan cooking is the most exquisite of Northern Africa, famous for its couscous, flavourful tagines and marriages of meat with fruit. In this aromatic class, you will learn to create a range of Moroccan meze, slow-roasted spiced lamb shoulder with dates, a lemon chicken and olive tagine, and all the sides and accompaniments to complete the feast.
