Chocolate Eclairs with Chef Renee – High School

This class is strictly limited to High School Students (Year 7- Year 12)
In this class Chef Renee will teach this classic French delicacy. You will learn how to make and bake choux pastry buns, crème patisserie filling and icing. You will enjoy what you have made and take home the spares to share, plus the recipes and know-how to make them again and again.
Length: 1.5-2 hours (Doors will open at 1.45pm)

Off to China for some traditional delicacies. In this two-hour mid-week class, Chef Renee will show you how to make hand-rolled spring rolls with dipping sauce, and dandan noodles.
