Welcome to the world of sweet delights as Chef Renee teaches you all you need to know to create decadent and eye-catching desserts. You will not only learn three classic desserts, you will also have a masterclass in sugar work and chocolate filigree. You will learn a range of techniques, tips and garnishes to dress any dessert up for a special occasion. Renee will also share her secrets to plating your desserts like a fine-dining pro. At the conclusion of the class you will enjoy a light lunch with a complimentary glass of wine, you’ll taste some of your creations and take the rest home.

Moroccan cooking is the most exquisite of Northern Africa, famous for its couscous, flavourful tagines and marriages of meat with fruit. In this aromatic class, you will learn to create a range of Moroccan meze, slow-roasted spiced lamb shoulder with dates, a lemon chicken and olive tagine, and all the sides and accompaniments to complete the feast.
