Get party-season ready in this fun and tasty class with Chef Renee. Renee has years of experience as a qualified chef and owner of her own catering company, Creations for Celebrations – making her the go-to guru when it comes to entertaining.
In this class, you will learn how to put together a cocktail party menu. You’ll learn such delights as arancini balls, Middle Eastern filo pies, zucchini and haloumi fritters and more. You’ll learn the tricks of time management, how to plan and cook ahead, and beautiful ways to present your food.
For the duration of the class the Julie’s Place team will be circulating with canapes for you to try and of course, you will enjoy your own creations. And no finger-food party is complete without a glass of wine or bubbles!
You will take home not only all the recipes, but the confidence to throw a beautiful finger-food party of your own.

Moroccan cooking is the most exquisite of Northern Africa, famous for its couscous, flavourful tagines and marriages of meat with fruit. In this aromatic class, you will learn to create a range of Moroccan meze, slow-roasted spiced lamb shoulder with dates, a lemon chicken and olive tagine, and all the sides and accompaniments to complete the feast.
