Of all the deliciousness that comes from France, desserts are the jewel in the crown. In this decadent class, Chef Renee will show you how to make the true classics. Paris-Brest is a delicate combination of choux pastry, praline cream and hazelnut praline; you will learn silky smooth Crème Caramel and an apple Tarte Tatin. At the conclusion of the class you will enjoy a light lunch followed by some of your delicious creations, taking the rest home.
