French Feast #2 with Julie Goodwin
Saturday, October 22 | 11:00 am - 3:00 pm$200.00
When Julie was in Paris her favourite place to eat was Restaurant Polidor. A bistro that served everyone from Ernest Hemingway to the students plotting the revolution, this historic place has truly traditional French fare. In this class you will learn some of the most celebrated dishes in France, from Coquilles St. Jacques to Coq au Vin, and a clafoutis with crème pâtissier. You will sit down to these dishes and all the sides and accompaniments that make it a complete French Feast.
Length: 3-4 hours
Type: Hands-on, then enjoy the meal created
Cost: $200/ticket (book at the bottom of this page)
Note | Parking: Unfortunately we are unable to offer direct onsite parking at 370 Mann St.
However there is plenty of parking available on nearby Dwyer Street. This is untimed parking and only a short stroll from julie’s place.
Try a night out with a difference! Tapas are small shared dishes of (usually) Spanish appetisers, traditionally served in taverns. In this class you will learn to make a range of delicious hot and cold tapas, and learn recipes for two types of sangria. At the conclusion of the lesson you will enjoy the feast with a complimentary sangria, wine or beer. | BOOKING NOW
