When Julie was in Paris her favourite place to eat was Restaurant Polidor. A bistro that served everyone from Ernest Hemingway to the students plotting the revolution, this historic place has truly traditional French fare. In this class you will learn some of the most celebrated dishes in France, from cheese soufflé to confit duck l’orange and crème brulee along with the sides and accompaniments to make this a complete French feast.
