Indonesian Feast with Julie Goodwin

Join Julie to create some of the street food favourites of Indonesia. Learn to make delicious nasi goreng, char-grilled beef skewers with authentic satay sauce, chicken rending and gado gado. When you have finished cooking you will enjoy what you’ve cooked along with a cold beer or a glass of wine.

Off to China for some traditional delicacies. In this two-hour mid-week class, Chef Renee will show you how to make hand-rolled spring rolls with dipping sauce, and dandan noodles.
