Italian Feast #2 with Julie Goodwin

On Julie’s travels through Italy she was thrilled to attend many cooking classes and learn the true heart of Italian cuisine – the respect that is shown to beautiful simple ingredients and the love with which the food is prepared and shared.
In this class you will learn to make a true Milanese risotto with seafood, fresh pasta with a boscaiola sauce, and all the accompaniments and antipasti that make up a true Italian feast.
At the conclusion of the class you will share the sumptuous feast you have created with a glass of wine. You will take home all the recipes so you can recreate the Italian goodness at home.
