Italian Feast with Julie Goodwin

On Julie’s travels through Italy she was thrilled to attend many cooking classes and learn the true heart of Italian cuisine – the respect that is shown to beautiful simple ingredients and the love with which the food is prepared and shared.
In this class you will learn to make feather-light gnocchi, amazing pasta and all the accompaniments and antipasti that make up a true Italian feast.
At the conclusion of the class you will share the sumptuous feast you have created with a glass of wine. You will take home all the recipes so you can recreate the Italian goodness at home.
Length: 3-4 hours

Moroccan cooking is the most exquisite of Northern Africa, famous for its couscous, flavourful tagines and marriages of meat with fruit. In this aromatic class, you will learn to create a range of Moroccan meze, slow-roasted spiced lamb shoulder with dates, a lemon chicken and olive tagine, and all the sides and accompaniments to complete the feast.
