Julie’s Edible Christmas Gifts – with Julie Goodwin

There’s nothing that tells people you’ve thought about them more than presenting them with a hand-made gift at Christmas time. This class will cover preserving and pickling, decorating gingerbread with royal icing and creating a range of Christmas treats to serve to your festive visitors or wrap beautifully for your childrens’ teachers, neighbours or family.
After a wonderful morning of creating, decorating and wrapping, we will enjoy a delicious light lunch served with a complimentary glass of wine. You will take home all the treats and gifts you have created, along with the recipes you need to make them again and again.
