There’s nothing more Australian, more lavish and delicious than a seafood spread for Christmas lunch. In this comprehensive hands-on class you will learn all you need to know to create a sumptuous hot and cold seafood buffet. You will learn to select and prepare your seafood, how to cure you own salmon, plus learn an array of seafood dishes, salads and condiments.
The centre piece for your Christmas feast will be a seafood-stuffed whole ocean trout. You’ll learn Julie’s best tips for timing – what can be done ahead and what to do on Christmas day. At the conclusion of the class you will sit down to enjoy this fabulous feast with a glass of wine.
You will take home all the recipes, and come Christmas time you’ll also take home the prize for best Christmas ever.
