Pasta Masterclass with Michelle Tournier

This class is all about the pasta – making it from scratch, kneading it, and how to make various different shapes both rolled and hand-formed.
You will then learn how to cook it to perfection. Chef Michelle will demonstrate the creation of some classic sauces to go with the pasta. In her lovely, approachable way she will take all the mystery and guesswork out of pasta-making, and inspire you to do it yourself at home.
At the conclusion of the class you will enjoy a delicious pasta meal with a complimentary glass of wine. You will take home any leftovers, plus the recipes for the pasta and the sauces.
