Pastry Masterclass with Reece Hignell

Reece Hignell was a finalist on Series 10 of MasterChef Australia. His passion for desserts and pastry skills saw him become one of the favourites of the season. In this delicious pastry class Reece will share his knowledge of sweet and savoury pastry. You will create a frangipane, a tart citrone, and create your own flavoured savoury tarts as well. This class is hands-on and includes a light meal with a complimentary glass of bubbles. You will go home with all the recipes and your own creations.

Moroccan cooking is the most exquisite of Northern Africa, famous for its couscous, flavourful tagines and marriages of meat with fruit. In this aromatic class, you will learn to create a range of Moroccan meze, slow-roasted spiced lamb shoulder with dates, a lemon chicken and olive tagine, and all the sides and accompaniments to complete the feast.
