Portuguese Feast with Julie Goodwin

Enjoy the punchy flavours and aromas of Portugal with Julie Goodwin. In this class you will create spiced flattened chicken, peri peri sauce and chimichurri, mussels with chorizo and all the sides and accompaniments to make this a filling and memorable feast. At the conclusion of the class you will share the feast you have created with a glass of wine.

Please note | adult classes are not suitable for infants or children of any age, with the exception of a child aged 13+ years that not only holds a ticket to the class but is also accompanied by a ticket holding adult.

Parking: We are unable to offer direct onsite parking. However there is plenty of untimed parking available on Dwyer Street (a short stroll from julie’s place).

Take a stroll through fragrant Thailand with Julie. You will learn to make larb, green chicken curry from scratch and massaman beef along with an assortment of appetisers, sides and accompaniments.
