Profiteroles with Chef Renee – High School

This class is strictly limited to High School Students (Yrs 7 – Yr 12)
In this class for high school students you will learn to master the art of choux pastry and crème patissiere. You will pipe and fill your profiteroles and make two delicious sauces to serve them with. You will take home all the recipes and your wonderful creations!
Length: 1.5-2 hours
