Whether you have medical, financial or environmental reasons to eat less meat, this class is for you. We celebrate delicious food as we create vibrant, delicious meals from the gifts of the plant world. No fake meat substitutes – this is all about making the very most of the abundance of fresh plant-based ingredients all around us – fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, herbs and spices, grains and legumes. Each class will feature a different menu. Tonight we’re off to India, for delicious dhal and roti.
Purely Plant classes are suitable for vegan and dairy-free diets. Gluten Free diets can be accommodated if we are notified at the time of booking.
Julie’s Place is a fully licensed venue. Beverages are available to purchase during the event.
