Saturday, November 9 | 11:00 am - 2:30 pm$155
Sam Rochester is a qualified, award-winning butcher with Saratoga Quality Meats. The Sydney Royal Fine Food show has awarded their sausages Gold, Silver and Bronze medals over and over again.
In this class Sam will teach you the time-honoured craft of sausage making. From mincing, mixing, filling and linking, to combining fabulous flavours for mouth-watering snags.
