Seafood Masterclass with Michelle Tournier

This comprehensive Masterclass is run by seafood guru Michelle Tournier. You will not only learn how to cook seafood, you will learn how to select the best, and how to store it. You will learn to shell and devein a green prawn in two easy movements. You will learn to clean and prepare a squid, and how to fillet a fish. And then you’ll learn to cook it all up into mouth-watering dishes.
At the conclusion of the class you will enjoy your fabulous seafood dinner with a complimentary glass of wine or a cold beer. You will leave with all the recipes, as well as all the knowledge and confidence you need to choose, prepare and cook seafood like a pro.
