Moroccan cooking is the most exquisite of Northern Africa, famous for its couscous, flavourful tagines and marriages of meat with fruit. In this aromatic class, you will learn to create a range of Moroccan meze, slow-roasted spiced lamb shoulder with dates, a lemon chicken and olive tagine, and all the sides and accompaniments to complete the feast. At the conclusion of the class you will enjoy the feast with a glass of wine or a cold beer.| BOOKING NOW
