Street Food – Chinese Yum Cha

In Chef Renee’s new street Food Series, you will experience the food that springs from the hustle and bustle of the streets of the world.
In this yum cha class, you will learn how to make your own dumpling dough and steamed prawn dumplings; you’ll make spring rolls, dipping sauce and dan dan noodles, and all the sides and accompaniments that go with the feast. After cooking you will enjoy your yum cha banquet with a complimentary glass of wine or cold beer. At the conclusion of the class you will receive all the recipes so that you have the knowledge and confidence to recreate this delicious experience at home.
Length: 3-4 hours
