Tapas and Sangria with Julie Goodwin

Try a night out with a difference! Tapas are small shared dishes of (usually) Spanish appetisers, traditionally served in taverns. In this class you will learn to make a range of delicious hot and cold tapas, and learn recipes for two types of sangria. At the conclusion of the lesson you will enjoy the feast with a complimentary sangria, wine or beer. Not only will you enjoy such treats as sizzling Spanish garlic prawns, Jamon croquettas and tapenade crostini (among many others), but you will go home with all the recipes and confidence you need to recreate the, for your friends and family.
