Tastes of Texas with Chef Renee

Venture into the deep south with Chef Renee, where you will learn to recreate the fabulous smoky spiced flavours of Texan cuisine. You will make your own spice rub and personalised BBQ sauce for your slow-cooked beef brisket, along with jalapeno poppers, chipotle mac and cheese, and all the sides and accompaniments to make this a full-on Texan feast. At the conclusion of the class, you will enjoy these Southern delights with a cold beer or a glass of wine.
