The Artisan Series – Cheese making with Michelle Tournier

There’s nothing more satisfying than making things from scratch and how wonderful to be able to add cheese to your repertoire! In this class you will learn to make your own fresh ricotta, mascarpone and labneh. You’ll learn the principles behind these soft cheeses, and you’ll take home all the recipes plus the cheese you have made. At the conclusion of the class you will sit down to a delicious ploughmans lunch with a complimentary glass of wine.
