The Artisan series – Pickling and fermenting with Michelle Tournier

The health benefits of pickled and fermented food are well documented, and now you can learn to make your own! In this class you will learn the principles of both methods, how to sterilise and seal your jars. You will make a pickle with seasonal produce and also start a fermented dish which you will get to take home.
At the conclusion of the class you will enjoy a delicious ploughmans lunch with a variety of pickles and preserves, with a complimentary glass of wine. You will take home all the recipes, your pickles and your ferment.

Take a stroll through fragrant Thailand with Julie. You will learn to make larb, green chicken curry from scratch and massaman beef along with an assortment of appetisers, sides and accompaniments.
