Grazing on antipasti is one of the most delicious, relaxed and enjoyable ways to eat and entertain. In this class you will learn to make all the elements you need to create a gourmet antipasti display. You will learn to make a soft cheese, pickled onions and a seasonal relish, a selection of dips and your own lavosh crispbread to serve it with. You will be shown how to arrange all these delicious goodies on a long board with cured meats, mature cheeses and more to make a display that will knock the socks off your guests. At the conclusion of the class you will enjoy an antipasti lunch with a complimentary glass of wine or beer.

Please note | adult classes are not suitable for infants or children of any age, with the exception of a child aged 13+ years that not only holds a ticket to the class but is also accompanied by a ticket holding adult.
