
Reece Hignell was a finalist on Series 10 of MasterChef Australia, as well as Series 12 MasterChef – Back to Win. He has gone from strength to strength with his fabulous store Cake Boi in Hamilton NSW, and has become a powerhouse in the vegan baking space. In this hands-on class, Reece will share his secrets to vegan baking with you. You will create cakes, brownies and biscuits that are entirely plant-based. You will enjoy a light meal during the class, as well as devouring your sweet creations. You will go home with all the recipes and know-how so you can cook these delicious treats with confidence.
