Vietnamese Feast with Julie Goodwin

Join Julie Goodwin for a wander through the fascinating food of Vietnam. Vietnamese food is known for its fragrance and flavour, and use of a wide array of fabulous fresh ingredients.
You will learn to create Hanoi spring rolls and fresh rice paper rolls with nuoc cham, bun bo xao (beef noodle salad) and a fragrant fish curry. At the conclusion of the class you will share the feast you have created with a glass of wine.

Take a stroll through fragrant Thailand with Julie. You will learn to make larb, green chicken curry from scratch and massaman beef along with an assortment of appetisers, sides and accompaniments. After you cook you will sit at the long table to enjoy the feast you have created with a glass of wine or a cold beer. | BOOKING NOW
