Come along to Julie’s Place for a delicious and warming winter evening. Unlock the mystery of the pressure cooker and create beautiful dinners in a fraction of the usual time. Think of all your favourite slow-cooked dishes – ragus, curries, stews – all achievable in under an hour each. Chef Michelle will teach you the proper techniques, tips and tricks to get the most from your pressure cooker. She will tell you how to adapt pressure cooker recipes to slow cookers, and vice versa. You will also pick up heaps of great tips about cooking ahead and freezing, and buying and cooking in bulk. At the conclusion of the class you will enjoy your delicious meal with a complimentary glass of wine. You will take home the recipes for everything you have cooked
