Q | I have not received a confirmation, or ticket emails - what should I do?

A | Please contact the office on 02 4337 0777 or cook@juliesplace.com.au and we will assist.

Q | I have received my confirmation email, but no ticket email - what should I do?

A | Please check your others, junk or spam folder. Both the confirmation email and the ticket email are sent automatically from the system at the same time. If you are unable to locate the ticket email, please contact the office on 02 4337 0777 or cook@juliesplace.com.au and we will assist.

Q | Does my gift voucher expiry date mean I have to attend the class or event by that date?

A | Not at all. The expiry date on your gift voucher is simply a transact by date, so as long as you make your booking before that date, the class or event can be anytime that is available on the schedule.

Q | I have an allergy/dietary requirement and am not sure if a class will be suitable - what should I do?

A | Please note, as a cooking school, we are not an allergen free environment, and we do our best to note any allergies or dietaries that may not be suitable for a particular class or event. Please feel free to contact the office on 02 4337 0777 or cook@juliesplace.com.au if you have any further questions.
