Michelle Tournier has been involved in the food industry for over 14 years, as a Home Economist and Food Consultant. She has had extensive experience in recipe development for magazines and cookbooks.
Her experience also spans television, food producing for shows such as Channel 9’s Fresh, Home Cooked! With Julie Goodwin and Channel 10’s MasterChef. She taught at Sydney Seafood School for more than five years.
Michelle is currently a Food Specialist for Breville, where her knowledge of food and the science of cooking assist the team of small appliance developers. Her passion is creating wholesome, healthy and fresh recipes that are easy to prepare , share and enjoy.
