Sam Rochester is a qualified, award-winning butcher with Saratoga Quality Meats. The Sydney Royal Fine Food show has awarded their sausages Gold, Silver and Bronze medals over and over again.
In this class Sam will teach you the time-honoured craft of sausage making. From mincing, mixing, filling and linking, to combining fabulous flavours for mouth-watering snags. You’ll make pork and fennel chipolatas, beef and chilli sausages, delicious butter chicken sausages, and learn how to think creatively to make your own flavours at home.
At the conclusion of the class you will enjoy a lunch which includes your creations, washed down with a cold beer or a glass of wine. You will take home all the recipes, your sausages and all the knowledge and confidence you need to make them again for your family and friends.

Please note | adult classes are not suitable for infants or children of any age, with the exception of a child aged 13+ years that not only holds a ticket to the class but is also accompanied by a ticket holding adult.
