Join us in making some of the most loved traditional Greek food in this fantastic feast class. You will cook moussaka, spanakopita, yoghurt pita and a range of sides and accompaniments. At the conclusion of the class you will enjoy the meal you have created with a glass of wine. Opa!

Take a stroll through fragrant Thailand. You will learn to make larb, green chicken curry from scratch and massaman beef along with an assortment of appetisers, sides and accompaniments. After you cook you will sit at the long table to enjoy the feast you have created with a glass of wine or a cold beer.

The best thing about Indian food is the wide array of bold and fragrant dishes, with the beautiful simple accompaniments and of course, delicious bread to mop everything up. In this class you will make samosas, lamb biryani, butter chicken, naan bread plus all the sides and accompaniments that Indian cuisine is known for. At the conclusion of the class we will share the meal with a complimentary glass of wine or a cold beer.

Lebanese Feast

Lebanese food is all about freshness, flavour, and sharing at the table. In this class you will learn to make a mezze plate with treats like baba ghanouj and hommous, as well as home-made flatbread and a variety of hot and cold dishes.

When we have finished cooking we will share the feast, along with all the usual sides and accompaniments. You will leave with all the recipes so you recreate a deliciousness Lebanese Feast at home.

High Tea

Who doesn’t love a high tea, with dainty edible treats and a glass of bubbles? In this class you will learn to make sweet and savoury bite-sized morsels including the lightest scones you’ll ever try. You will also learn how to make your own tiered presentation stands from mismatched op-shop treasures.

A lovely idea for a hen’s night or birthday celebration, after we cook we all share the treats we’ve created with some good coffee, real tea and of course, champagne. You will take home the extra goodies, the recipes from the class so you can recreate at home.

Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Delicious

Around one in 70 Australians is diagnosed with Coeliac disease, with another seven per cent reporting gluten intolerance. Dairy intolerance is also on the rise. But there’s no need to miss out on delicious food, or fun cooking classes for that matter! In this hands-on cooking experience we will show you how to make delicious pulled beef with basil pesto, polenta chips and flatbread, and a lush olive oil chocolate cake.</em> And no gluten or dairy in sight! You’ll enjoy the meal after cooking, with a glass of wine if you like. You’ll also receive all the recipes so you can recreate this goodness at home!

When Julie was in Paris her favourite place to eat was Restaurant Polidor. A bistro that served everyone from Ernest Hemingway to the students plotting the revolution, this historic place has truly traditional French fare. In this class you will learn some of the most celebrated dishes in France, from cheese soufflé to confit duck l’orange and crème brulee along with the sides and accompaniments to make this a complete French feast.

On Julie’s travels through Italy she was thrilled to attend many cooking classes and learn the true heart of Italian cuisine – the respect that is shown to beautiful simple ingredients and the love with which the food is prepared and shared.

In this class you will learn to make feather-light gnocchi, amazing pasta and all the accompaniments and antipasti that make up a true Italian feast.
At the conclusion of the class you will share the sumptuous feast you have created with a glass of wine. You will take home all the recipes so you can recreate the Italian goodness at home.

Fresh, vibrant and full of flavour – these are the characteristics of classic Spanish food. In this class we will create an array of tapas – the delightful finger food served in bars across Spain. We will also make a beautiful Paella and wash it all down with a glass of sangria.

You will not only learn three classic desserts, you will also  learn a range of techniques, tips and garnishes to dress any dessert up for a special occasion.
