Enter the decadent delicious world of Italian sweet treats in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Renee will teach you how to make the Italian classics – tiramisu, zabaglione and the divine cannoli and more! Your class includes a light lunch and a complimentary glass of bubbles. In this delicious class Reece will share his secrets with you, as you create an apple-filed caramelised white chocolate mousse dome topped with a perfect mirror glaze. He will teach you all the accompaniments you will need to plate up this beautiful dessert in true MasterChef style. Paris-Brest is a delicate combination of choux pastry, praline cream and hazelnut praline; you will learn silky smooth Crème Caramel and an apple Tarte Tatin.
