Who doesn’t love a high tea, with dainty edible treats and a glass of bubbles? In this class you will learn to make sweet and savoury bite-sized morsels including the lightest scones you’ll ever try. You will also learn how to make your own tiered presentation stands from mismatched op-shop treasures.

A lovely idea for a hen’s night or birthday celebration, after we cook we all share the treats we’ve created with some good coffee, real tea and of course, champagne. You will take home the extra goodies, the recipes from the class so you can recreate at home.

Length: 3-4 hours
Type: Hands-on cooking, then enjoy the deliciousness
Cost: $200 / ticket (book at the bottom of this page)

This class is not recommended for Coeliacs or gluten intolerant diets

Mother’s Day Pink High Tea with Julie Goodwin

Put on a splash of pink and bring Mum to Julie’s Place for a really special Mothers’ day – a beautiful high tea cooked and served by Julie. A delicious array of savoury and sweet hand-made treats will be served on elegant tiered platters, accompanied by good coffee and real tea, and of course champagne! Julie will be on deck to make sure all the mums have a day to remember.

Length: 2 hours
Type: This is a sit-down high tea including all food, tea, coffee and champagne (not a cookery class)
Cost: $90 per person with $10 from every ticket sold will be donated to the McGrath Foundation (book at the bottom of this page)

Mini High Tea with Chef Renee – Primary School (Yr3 – Yr6)

This class is strictly limited to Primary School Students (Years 3 – Yr 6)

This is a special class, a lovely mini high tea. Students will make scones and sausage rolls, and decorate a cupcake. At the conclusion of the class they will sit at an elegantly set table and enjoy the high tea they have created!

Length: 1.5-2 hours (Doors will open at 1.45pm)
Type: Hands-on class, then enjoy the goodness created
Cost: $45 / ticket (book at the bottom of this page)
