Who doesn’t love a high tea, with dainty edible treats and a glass of bubbles? In this class you will learn to make sweet and savoury bite-sized morsels including the lightest scones you’ll ever try. You will also learn how to make your own tiered presentation stands from mismatched op-shop treasures.

A lovely idea for a hen’s night or birthday celebration, after we cook we all share the treats we’ve created with some good coffee, real tea and of course, champagne. You will take home the extra goodies, the recipes from the class so you can recreate at home.

Length: 3-4 hours
Type: Hands-on cooking, then enjoy the deliciousness
Cost: $200 / ticket (book at the bottom of this page)

This class is not recommended for Coeliacs or gluten intolerant diets

Scones and Teapot Milkshakes with Chef Renee – Kinder to Year 2

This class is strictly limited to Kindergarten, Year 1 and Year 2 Students

The kids will mix, shape and bake their own batch of scones, then enjoy them in elegant high-tea style with delicious teapot milkshakes.

For this class we need an adult to stay onsite, the grown-ups will be treated to coffee and a baked good in the lounge while the kids have cupcake decorating fun.

Length: 1 hour (Doors will open at 9.45am)
Type: Hands-on class, then enjoy the goodness created
Cost: $50 / ticket (book at the bottom of this page)
